1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Mindpillar Trading Community Free Trial ("Trial"). By applying for or participating in the Trial, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Limitations
Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate.
New Members Only: This Trial is available only to individuals who have not previously been members of the Mindpillar paid community.
Capacity Limit: Participation is strictly limited to ten (10) participants. Selection is determined on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful application via Direct Message to @mindpillar. Mindpillar reserves the right to close applications once this cap is reached.
3. Trial Period & Access
Duration: The Trial begins on January 2, 2026, and grants full access to the Mindpillar Telegram group(s) for exactly seven (7) consecutive days ("Trial Period").
No Automatic Renewal: This Trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. At the end of the Trial Period, your access will automatically terminate unless you explicitly choose to purchase a subscription. You will not be charged without your express consent.

- Share illegal content, hate speech, or harass other members.
- Share screenshots or exclusive content from the group with non-members (Copyright Violation).
- Request or offer personal financial management services to other members.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your Trial without notice.
6. Privacy & Data Collection
Data Usage: By signing up, you consent to Mindpillar using your Telegram username and contact details solely for the purpose of administering the Trial and contacting you regarding subscription options.
Compliance: We respect your privacy rights under GDPR (EU) and PIPEDA (Canada). We will not sell your data to third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting an admin.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mindpillar and its administrators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses or lost profits, resulting from your use of the community or reliance on any information provided therein.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/Province], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
